-if an item that you've purchased has been damaged you will need to send us a picture and we will give you a discount code for our website to make up for it

-if you purchase an item from a country that we do not ship to e.g. USA, Australia, we will not refund you the money you have spent as it clearly states where we ship to when you open the website
